Context

Xseed is a software factory specializing in staff augmentation for international clients. Their previous website, built on WordPress, had become unstable over time, with multiple bugs and performance issues caused by a lack of maintenance. The company needed a more reliable, scalable, and easy-to-manage platform that could evolve alongside their growth.

Challenge

Migrate the existing site from WordPress to Webflow, preserving the overall aesthetic while improving UI consistency, structure, and performance. The main goal was to deliver a fully functional MVP quickly, and set up a foundation for future expansion into a sales and talent hub.

Approach

I joined the team in June 2024 and delivered the MVP in just one month. Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the Chief Designer, internal communications, and maintained regular contact with the CEO, Head of Operations, and HR team.

Key steps included:

Implementing the site using the Client First framework for long-term scalability and maintainability.
Improving UI cohesion while respecting the existing design language.
Setting up CMS collections for dynamic pages such as Talent and Careers.
Developing an n8n automation flow that connects Webflow forms with Notion databases, allowing talent applications to sync automatically.
Creating conditional logic in forms to ensure only relevant submissions enter the automation flow.
Handling the domain setup and DNS migration, and documenting the new structure to help the team maintain clarity over credentials and processes moving forward.

Results & Impact

The MVP was delivered ahead of schedule, and the team was highly satisfied with the outcome. The new site provided: A cleaner, more reliable platform free from the previous technical issues.

A streamlined update process, enabling non-technical members to manage content confidently. A solid digital foundation to support Xseed’s growth and transformation into a sales and talent hub.

Outcome / Next Steps

The project remains active, with ongoing improvements and new sections being developed, including a dedicated Careers page powered by CMS and automation workflows.

Next, we plan to collect internal feedback and usage insights to further optimize the site’s impact on recruitment and client acquisition.
